Description
In the early hours of the morning, Mario Leal Barquero was sitting in his car in the car park of the old Renfe station, very close to a local Ertzaintza (Basque police) post. Three members of ETA’s Txantxangorri unit spotted him and decided to kill him. He was shot seven times at close range and died instantly.
