Description
Manuel Echevarría Echevarría was killed when a bomb went off under his van as he was trying to start it. The vehicle was parked in Barrio La Peña, where the victim lived, very close to a créche. He was taken to Basurto hospital, where died shortly afterwards. María Begoña Arias was also injured in the explosion. The people in the créche were unharmed.
