Description
Juan Carlos García Trujillo was finishing a cup of coffee with fellow civil guard Eduardo Sobrino González in the El Puente bar, in the Eguía district of San Sebastián. The establishment was a regular haunt of members of the Civil Guard stationed at the nearby Inchaurrondo barracks. Using the butts of their guns, two ETA members broke the windows overlooking Calle del Río Deba and then shot the officers in the back.
