Description
Julio Santiago Expósito Pascual was gunned down by two hooded men with machine guns as he was leaving his father’s tailor’s shop shortly before 2 pm. One of the hooded men took up position behind him and fired a burst of machine gun fire. Julio Santiago tried in vain to take cover behind a car. The other then fired several shots at him after he had fallen to the ground. The victim’s father found his son dead, while the terrorists got away in a car in which two other ETA members were waiting.
