Vers 11h50, deux individus du GRAPO p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans le quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et se dirigent vers la cabine t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique o\u00f9 se trouvent les agents. Sans un mot, chacun des terroristes sort une arme et commence \u00e0 tirer sur les agents de la Guardia civil. Ils ach\u00e8vent Rodrigo au sol et prennent la fuite dans une voiture conduite par un membre de l\u2019organisation. Les deux agents meurent dans l&#8217;attentat. Fernando Silva Sande, Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Romero Vega et Guillermo V\u00e1zquez Bautista ont \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 la prison pour ce meurtre.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda S\u00e1nchez Melero, \u00e9tait mari\u00e9 et p\u00e8re de deux enfants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 7 et 9 ans. Il re\u00e7oit huit balles pendant l&#8217;attentat.
