Son responsable dans la Communaut\u00e9 Autonome de Valence \u00e9tait Jos\u00e9 Edmundo Casa\u00f1, un ing\u00e9nieur de 42 ans qui avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 dans d&#8217;autres projets importants de sa ville, comme le Palais de la Musique et la Mairie. Le 4 mars 1991, vers 21h00, deux terroristes arm\u00e9s entr\u00e8rent dans les bureaux de l&#8217;entreprise.
