A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du v\u00e9hicule, conduit par un conducteur civil, voyageaient six officiers de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e qui se dirigeaient aux si\u00e8ges de l\u2019Etat-major et du Centre sup\u00e9rieur des Etudes de la D\u00e9fense nationale, situ\u00e9s tous les deux dans la rue Vitruvio. L\u2019onde expansive toucha en plein la fourgonnette, qui s\u2019enflamma, causant la mort des sept occupants: le lieutenant colonel de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e de Terre Javier Bar\u00f3 D\u00edaz de Figueroa; le lieutenant colonel de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e de l\u2019Air Jos\u00e9 Alberto Carretero Sogel; le sergent premier de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e Jos\u00e9 Manuel Calvo Alonso; le lieutenant colonel de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e de Terre Fidel D\u00e1vila Garijo; le capitaine de fr\u00e9gate de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e Domingo Olivo Esparza; le fonctionnaire civil du Minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense Pedro Robles L\u00f3pez, qui conduisait le v\u00e9hicule; et le lieutenant colonel de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e de l\u2019Air Juan Romero Alvarez. Il y eut en plus quarante personnes bless\u00e9es, trois enfants inclus.<\/p>\n<p>Pedro Robles L\u00f3pez, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 57 ans et originaire de Santander, \u00e9tait fonctionnaire civil du Minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense. Il \u00e9tait mari\u00e9 et p\u00e8re de trois enfants. Normalement il trafaillait les apr\u00e8s-midi, mais il d\u00e9cida de doubler sa journ\u00e9e de travail afin de gagner plus d\u2019argent pour sa
