Guztira, terroristek zazpi pertsona hil zituzten eta ia 100 zauritu ere.<\/p>\n<p>Lehendabiziko leherketa Barajas aireportuko Espainiako hegaldietarako terminalean izan zen, 13.01etan hain zuzen ere. Terroristek amonita izeneko lehergailuaren 6 kiloz betetako poltsa bat lehiatila batean utzi zuten. Leherketak handik hurbil itxaroten ari ziren bidaiariei eragin zien, hain artean etxerako bidean zegoen Tenerifeko urpekaritza talde bat. Talde horretako kidea zen Jos\u00e9 Manuel Amaya P\u00e9rez, 32 urtekoa. Bere kideak zaurituta suertatu ziren ere.
