Description
On the night of 17 May 1979, Antonio Pérez García left his job at Cementos Portland and drove to the Inzunza bar that he also ran in Lemona. His colleague had already got out of the car and Antonio was about to park the vehicle, when he was confronted by two hooded terrorists who shot him through the driver’s side window. He was shot three times in the thorax and died instantly. The victim had recently returned to Lemona after some time away as he had already suffered threats.
